The first in a four-part series for 2021, bringing together professional geoscientists passionate about delivering the UN SDGs.

This event is the first in a four-part series, aiming to provide a space where like-minded earth science professionals can meet, network and discuss some of the fundamental key questions that we face on a daily basis. The first session will:

Introduce GfGD, our work to date and our purpose.

  • Introduce the Network of Professionals and what we have planned throughout 2021.

  • Allow you to engage and help shape the future of the network through discussion questions.

  • Provide an opportunity to network with other professionals in similar industries and positions.

In 2020 Geology for Global Development (GfGD) expanded its work to establish the Network of Professionals, aiming to develop stronger connections between GfGD and professionals. The Network brings together those from the public and private sectors as well as research and NGOs and provides additional support for those already involved in GfGD, such as university students.
