Viki O'Connor appointed as GfGD Co-CEO

In March 2024, the Geology for Global Development trustees agreed to appoint Viki O'Connor as Co-CEO of GfGD, working with Dr Joel Gill. Viki brings with her 20 years of experience working in industry, including over a decade in senior leadership roles. 

In this new leadership structure, both Viki and Joel will carry overall responsibility for the executive leadership of the charity, with Viki particularly focusing on operations and finance while Joel focuses on strategy, research, and engagement.
